国有商业银行员工流动的原因及对策分析

摘    要:中国加入WTO对国有商业银行人才的稳定带来了更大的挑战。国有商业银行的人才流失既有内部的推力,也有外部的拉力。在分析国有商业内部推力与外部拉力的基础上,探析通过各种措施增加人才流动的个人成本留住关键员工的基本措施。

Abstract:China's entry into the WTO brings about great challenges to the staff stability of the state-owned commercial banks. The loss of talents is largely due to the internal push and the external pull. On the basis of analyzing the two forces, this article discusses the measures to stabilize the staff members by increasing the personal cost in hopping jobs.
