| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了核心期刊的起源和我国对核心期刊的研究.指出了我国对核心期刊的不正确使用情况.从信息资源的管理与查询,评价国家和地区科研机构的科研概况,帮助科研人员选择阅读和确定投稿的相关专业期刊,作为评价科研成果、科研人员科研能力的参考等方面论述了如何正确利用核心期刊和SCI.
