电影版权证券化的融资模式选择

电影产业作为我国文化产业的重要组成部分,近年来受到国家产业政策的强力扶持,其融资难题得到了一定的缓解。然而,整体来看,目前我国电影投资缺乏理性,电影版权价值难评估,风险规避渠道缺乏。通过电影版权证券化的方法为电影产业融资在美国等电影产业发达国家的电影行业中已经很成熟,是其电影融资的主要渠道之一,但在我国还处于发展的初期阶段。电影版权质押、众筹模式、版权预售模式、权益拆分模式、电影期货是电影版权证券化融资时几种典型模式。我国应根据实际选择合适的融资模式,促进电影产业健康发展。

As an important part of China＇s cultural industry, movie industry recently has been strongly supported by the national industrial policy, and film financing has been got certain development. However, as a whole, films investment in our country is irrational and the value is difficult to quantify, so it is hard for us to assess and avoid potential risks. Film copyright securitization has been applied in America for years and has been a mature practice.But in our country, we only begin to carry out film copyright securitization. There are some typical patterns,including pledging film rights, crowd funding, selling the rights in advance, splitting equity and movie futures. Our country should choose appropriate financing models for film industry, promoting its sound development.
