| 摘 要： | 韩非学说体现了对先前诸子学术的总结。对比孟、韩的政治思想,在有关民众学说的范围内,二者在民心、民产、教民三个论题内呈现思想对立的特点。这种对立的本质,是仁政论的贵民思想与君主专制论的用民思想的对立。

| Abstract: | Han Fei's theory absorbed prior philosophers' academic research.Making comparison of Han and Meng's theories of people,we easily find that Han Fei's theory is opposite to Mencius' political thoughts in three aspects-people's feelings,people's properties and people's edification.Such antithesis reflects the opposition of valuing people in the benevolence theory and exploiting people in the sovereign dictatorship theory. |
