| 摘 要： | 从经济法的角度讲,企业社会责任体现为经济法对企业行为的规制,达到社会可持续发展,满足社会公共利益需要的经济法价值目标。经济法对企业社会责任的规制要以公司企业治理结构为调适点,进而能够增强企业社会责任的自律性和法律责任性,科学处理国家经济调节过程中国家与企业主体之间的相互关系,以达到促进社会经济的持续、稳定、协调发展,实现企业利益与社会公共利益双赢,最大限度降低企业行为对社会的制害作用。

| Abstract: | From the angle of Economic Law,enterprise social responsibilities are embodied in the regulation of Economic Law to enterprise behaviors to achieve sustainable development and reach the value targets of Economic Law desired by public interest.The regulation of Economic Law to enterprise should be pinpointed at enterprise structures to heighten its social responsibility self-discipline and legal responsibilities and deal with the relationship between the state and the enterprise scientifically to stimulate the sustainable,stable and harmonious development of the society,realize the win-win situation of the benefit of both the enterprise and the society and reduce the side-effects of the enterprise to the society to the minimum. |
