| 摘 要： | 公民社会组织是公民社会的结构性要素,它的运作原则对于培育公民社会的价值理念具有重要的意义。这些运作原则主要包括平等、自主原则,宽容原则,诚信原则和互利原则。这些原则不仅是公民社会组织正常运转所必需的,还是社会和谐发展所不可或缺的,因此探讨公民社会组织的运作原则对于社会的和谐发展具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | CSOs are the structural element in civil society,whose operation mechanism plays an important role in developing civil society.The mechanism includes:equality,independence,tolerance,honesty ande mutual benefit.Not only the CSOs,but also the whole society need these mechanism,so,it is significant to study these mechanism. |
