| 摘 要： | 萨尔问题是二战后德法关系中的一个敏感问题 ,牵涉到德法和解和西欧早期一体化的各个环节 ,联邦德国总理阿登纳本着德法和解的原则 ,充分利用冷战中的种种不确定因素 ,开展灵活的外交 ,圆满解决了萨尔问题 ,并大大促进了西欧早期一体化进程

| Abstract: | After the Second World War, Franco|Germany reconciliation and the early integration of Western Europe cannot develop well without the settlement of Saar problem. Based on the principle of Franco|Germany reconciliation, Adenauer, Chancellor of Germany, solved the subtle problem of Saar through all kinds of diplomatic means and so further promoted the early integration of Western Europe. |
