对当前国有企业产权改革的思考

国有企业的改革关系到国民经济的健康发展,国企产权一直是改革过程中争论的焦点。目前,学术界对国有企业需不需要进行产权改革和如何进行改革有着各种观点,本文认为,尽管在国有企业产权改革的过程中确实存在不少的问题,但不能因此就不进行产权改革,我们只有处理好在改革过程中出现的各种问题,经过改革的国有企业必定会以新的活力来促进我国市场经济的发展。

Reflections on the reform of property right Of the present state- owned enterprises

The reform of state-owned enterprises concerns the healthy development of national economy. The reform of property right of state-owned enterprises has been the focus of argument in the process of reform. At present,there are different views in the academic circle about whether or how the state-owned enterprises need the reform of property right. This paper thinks that, although some problems exist in the course of the state-owned enterprise reform of property right, we can not give up the reform. Only if we handle the various problems that appear in the reform course,the reformed state-owned enterprises are sure to promote the development of the market economy of our country with new vigour.
