| Abstract: | This paper starts with the purpose of establishing acooperative network in the manegement of scientific research files of the universities in the border regions of four provinces :Hunan,Hubei,Chongqing,and Guizhou.It then analyses the basis of establishing such a network and points out that the establishing of acooperative network will not only greatly accelerate the scientific research work in the universities,but also promote the econormic and cultural development in the minority regions. |
