| 摘 要： | 我国的高等职业教育经过近几年的发展，取得了较大的成就，特别在基础设施的建设和办学规模的水平上有了很大的提高．但是，我们还应更加清醒地认识到高职教育在现阶段的发展中仍面临着一些问题．本文就我国高职教育发展中所存在的问题展开分析，着重阐述了高职教育的办学理念，并针对此类问题进行研究．

| Abstract: | In recent decades, the higher vocational education in our country has obtained certain achievement, especially on the foun- dations and the scales of school. However, we are clearly aware of the problems that we are confronting now. This article analyses the problems and explains the idea of operation of schools and some research report about this issue. |
