| 摘 要： | 由于英汉两种语言属于不同的语系,两者产生的社会和文化背景也不相同,因而在翻译中,原文的形式美制约着译文的形式美,导致某些审美品质的缺失.文章主要介绍了双语转换中形美与音美的缺失现象,简要分析了产生缺失的原因和弥补办法.

| Abstract: | Chinese and English belong to different language families and develop in different social and cultural backgrounds. Thus in translation the source language is restricted by the target language. This paper is mainly concerned with the loss of beauty in form and the loss of beauty in sound in translation and ends with the analysis of the causes and ways to make up for the loss. |
