| 摘 要： | 中国乡土建筑保护面临全球化、城镇化等因素带来的威胁。乡村治理中的乡土建筑保护，需要协调来自国家与社会、农民与市场几个方面的力量，既从全局上完善法律制度建设，创新经济发展模式，也要依靠基层政权，在乡村治理中通过居民的积极参与，实现文化遗产保护与经济社会发展的双赢。

| Abstract: | The protection of Chinese vernacular architecture faces many challenges from globalization and urbanization. The protection of vernacular architecture depends on the cooperation of the state and the society, the peasants and the market. In order to protect vernacular architecture well, it is necessary to improve legal system, to innovate economical growth pattern and to encourage broad participation of local residents. |
