| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the existing problems in property management of colleges and universities based on the current situtation of asset management. This paper illustrated that the weak awareness of the property rights is the main reason for the loss of state-owned assets of colleges and universities, thus put forward some measures to safeguard the rights and interests of assets. |
