劳动力均衡价格与劳动力价格扭曲

劳动力均衡价格是完全自由市场经济的范畴，是劳动力供给与劳动力需求完全自由竞争的产物。但是，在现实生活中，劳动力供给与需求以及劳动力价格，不仅受市场因素的制约，也受非市场因素的制约，劳动力价格往往是被扭曲的。完全的自由市场竞争以及与此相联系的劳动力均衡价格只不过是理论意义上的抽象。与不完全自由市场竞争相联系的劳动力价格扭曲是在特定条件下形成的，既有负面的效应，也有正面的效应。改革开放20多年来，我国劳动密集型产业之所以迅猛发展，并有力地带动进出口贸易，在很大程度是由于劳动力价格被强制压低，即被严重扭曲。但是，被扭曲的劳动力价格终究是没有生命力的，是不可持续的。

The balanced labor force price is a category of complete free market,and is an outcome of complete competition between labor force supply and demand.However,in reality,the supply and demand of labor force and its price are not only restrained by market factors,but also by non-market factors,thus labor force price is often distorted.Complete free market competition and the related balanced labor force price are nothing but theoretical abstract.The distorted labor force price,related to incomplete free market competition,has both positive effect and negative effect.In the recent 20 years of open and reform,the labor-intensive industries in our country have developed rapidly and promoted import and export.However,this situation is largely duo to the distorted labor force price,which is inevitably lifeless and unsustainable.
