摘    要:中国的汉英双语教育尚不具备实施条件,盲目实施,可能贻害一代中国儿童的学业成绩和认知发展,这是值得我们每一个中国人,尤其是教育政策决策者们认真思考的大问题。

Abstract:The conditions are not ripe for implementing Chinese-English bilingual education in China.If the education is put into practice,it will injure the academic and cognitive development of Chinese children.This is such a serious problem that all the Chinese people,especially the people who make the education policies should consider it seriously.
