社会工作视角下大学生村官的角色定位和能力培养

大学生村官是新农村建设的一支新兴力量,也是农村社会工作者的重要组成部分,应主动承担起农村社会工作的职责。在社会工作的视角下,大学生村官应扮演使能者、中介者、维权者、服务提供者、教育者和研究者的角色。为了实现角色要求,国家应建立全程培养机制,社区应强化社会支持,大学生村官应通过自觉实践来提升能力,从而有针对性地进行能力培养。

The Role Orientation and Capacity Training of College Students as Village Officials in the Perspective of Social Work

Village officials is a new emerging forces in the process of the new rural construction,and also an important part of the social workers in rural areas,who should take on the duties of rural social work.From the perspective of social work,village officials play the roles of enabler,broker,right-maintainer,service-providers,educators,and researchers.In order to achieve the role expectations,the government should establish the capacity training mechanism,and the community should enhance the social support,and university students should strengthen the capacity building through practice consciously.
