地方高校工科学生工程创新能力的培养途径

工程创新能力的培养,关键在于建立有效的机制和寻求科学的途径与方法。地方高校肩负着为地方经济建设服务的重要任务,培养工科学生的工程创新能力是当今高等教育适应地方经济社会发展的需要。针对目前存在的教学内容与培养目标不符合地方发展要求等问题,培养工科学生工程创新能力应首先树立为地方服务的观念,通过优化课程体系,改革教学方法,搭建开放探索性实践平台,推进产学研合作以及设立创新基金等途径,培养符合新时期要求和适应地方发展、技术变革的高素质工程技术人才。

On the Training Ways of Innovation Ability for the Engineering Students in Local Universities

The key to cultivate engineering innovative abilities is to set up effective system and seek scientific methods.Local universities undertake a significant task of service for economic construction.Training students＇ engineering innovative abilities is to meet the need of local economic and social development.According to present existing problems that teaching content and training objectives don＇t meat the need of local development,this paper puts forward to establishing the ideas of serving the local economy and reforming teaching contents and methods through optimizing curriculum system,putting up open and exploratory practical platform,promoting university-industry cooperation and setting up innovation funds.Higher education should train high quality technical personnel to meet the needs of society and adapt local development and technological change.
