| 摘 要： | 二次世界大战后,日本涌现出了一批杰出的企业家,他们身上所凝聚的创新、进取、合作及责任的企业家精神在技术赶超中发挥了重要作用。中国在产业转型中,必须从个人、企业、政府和社会4个层面大力培育企业家精神,鼓励企业家大胆创新创业,推进技术进步与创新,加快经济发展方式转变。

| Abstract: | After World War II,it gushed a batch of outstanding entrepreneurs in Japan,and it plays an important role in the technological catching up that the entrepreneurship of innovation,initiative,cooperation and responsibility agglomerated in the entrepreneurs.In industrial transformation,our country must cultivate the entrepreneurship vigorously from four levels：individuals,enterprises,governments and society,encourage the entrepreneurs to innovate and carve out bravely,promote the technology progress and innovation,and quicken the transforming ways of economy development. |
