高等教育大众化进程中高等职业教育的定位

高等教育的大众化是我国高等职业教育快速发展的重要契机,但也为高等职业教育优质发展带来了功能定位模糊、办学条件无法适应规模扩张的要求、生源基础水平下降、未形成独特的高等职业人才培养模式等隐患。因此要结合中国目前的高等职业教育发展的现状及趋势,对其战略定位、培养目标定位、培养模式和教育模式等方面进行改革和完善,以培养大批符合社会发展需要的高智能、成长型技术人才和复合型、应用型高级专业技术人才。

Functional Position of Advanced Vocational Education in the Process of Mass Higher Education

The popularization of the higher education is an important opportunity for the rapid development of higher vocational education.However,it also brings about several hidden dangers,such as vague location of the function,institutional conditions that can not meet the requirements of the scale expansion,declining level of the student source and inability to invent a special training mode of higher vocational education.It is therefore necessary to reform and perfect its developing strategy,training aims,training mode and educational mode in higher vocational education based on its current situation and developing trend so as to cultivate high intelligent,technique-oriented,application-oriented versatile professional personnel to meet the needs of social development.
