| 摘 要： | 在中国目前的经济转型过程中,我国不仅面临着"市场失效"和"政府失效"问题,而且还面临着日益严峻的第三配置失效问题。中国的宏观经济调控必须由目前扩大内需的"单轮启动"转变为扩大内需、优化供给与整饬信用并举的"三轮启动"策略。

| Abstract: | In the transitional period of China's economy, there appear such problems as "market inefficiency", "government inefficiency" and a worsening "third allocation inefficiency". The present macro-economic adjustment of China should shift from the on-going one-way approach of enlarging the domestic market to the three-combined approach of enlarging its domestic market, optimizing its supply and improving its credit. |
