| Abstract: | Criminal action usually involves multi-interest subjects with different value pursuing individually.It is very common that various interests in a criminal action might confront,cooperate or compromise with each other.Confrontation is the balancer of various interests,we should take the realization of the minimum waste as well as the maximum interest as the criterion of balance in a criminal action. |
