| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展，电子政务逐渐取代传统政务，移动政务凭借其在针对性、响应速度、覆盖率和可及性方面的优势逐渐超越了传统电子政务。随着3G的发展和“无线城市”计划的提出，3G手机作为核心的移动终端，将在“无线城市”和移动政务的建设中大展拳脚。届时，3G手机在移动政务中的应用也将推动政府公共管理模式和政府信息发布模式的创新，推动信息化的、无线的、高效的、透明的、互动型和服务型的新型政府的建立。
