The Construction and Development of the Social Service System for Chinese Agriculture in Market Economy

To promote Chinese agricuture in modern market economy, we must build up a social service system which should be applied to the present condition and the future goal of Chinese agriculture. In such a system, different means should be adapted in different places. It should be a before|production; in|production and after|production system in all aspects of agriculture;and should be unification and industrialization. Basically, we should have a clear consciousness and the government must give it a strong support in fund, policy, materials and technology. At the same time, a good legal system is important.
