| 摘 要： | 本文从辽宁宏观经济的经验中发现,政府税收的增长与地区生产总值的增长有着正相关关系.根据这个相关关系建立了一个计量经济模型,估计并预测了2010年辽宁财政收入的增长率和水平.根据产业部门对增长的贡献指标和市级财政收入增长的近期表现等因素,本文提供了达到目标财政收入增长水平的可行性分析.

| Abstract: | It is found that,from the macroeconomic experiences of Liaoning Province,there is a positive correlation between increasing Government Revenues and Gross Regional Product.We set up an econometric model based on the stylized fact to estimate and predict the growth rate and level of Government Revenue of Liaoning Province in 2010.In terms of the contributions to economic growth of industrial sectors and the recent performance of Government Revenue at municipal level,this paper also offers a feasible analysis on the target level of Government Revenue. |
