This thesis puts forward the concept of" concession civilization". And analyses the characteris- tic of concession civilization from three aspects. The first is three-dimensional concession- -a mixing city space. The second is the concession residents who "wore small sleeveless jacket that was not dry completely". The third is the concession system, resident society and the commerce of concession civili- zation.
