深化农村金融改革的几点思考

深化农业金融体制改革是建设社会主义新农村的迫切需要。当前,农村金融存在的主要问题是:现有金融机构对农村金融的支持力度小,农户融资成本高昂,农业保险严重滞后,农户贷款抵押和担保机制不健全以及农村金融市场缺乏有效的竞争机制。深化农村金融改革的主要措施是:深化农村信用社改革,推动农业保险与农业信贷的互动,改善农村金融服务设施和信用环境,建立农村金融市场的竞争机制。

Several Suggestions about Deepening the Financial Reform in the Countryside

It is the urgent need for constructing the socialism new country to deepen the monetary system reform of enterprise.For the time being,the main questions existing in rural finance is as follows: the small financial backing dynamics of existing financial organizations to countryside;the soaring finances cost of peasant household;the agricultural insurance being serious lag and the mortgage mechanism of the peasant household loans imperfect as well as the lack of the effective competitive system of the rural finance market.The main measurements to deepen the rural finance reform is to deepen the credit association reform of countryside,to impel the interaction between the agricultural insurance and the agricultural credit,to improve the rural finance servicing facility and the credit environment and to establish the competitive system of the rural finance market.
