幼儿教师的核心素质探讨

摘    要:不同历史时期对幼儿教师素质要求的侧重点是不同的,在幼教事业发展初期,人们期待幼儿教师拥有专业的理论知识和相关的技能技巧。而在21世纪,观察能力、分析能力和反思能力逐渐成了幼儿教师素质中的核心素质,高师院校应该通过实践教学改革培养适应新时代发展的幼儿教师。

Abstract:In different history period,requirement for quality of kindergarten teachers is different.On the early days of development of preschool education,people expect kindergarten teachers possessing professional academic knowledge and related skill.But in the 21st century,observation,analysis and introspection become core diathesis of kindergarten teachers.Normal university should cultivate new era kindergarten teachers thorough practical teaching reform.
