农业适度规模经营的再思考

农业规模经营是市场经济条件下解决我国农村小生产与大市场、小规模与现代化、社会效益与经济效益等一系列深层次矛盾的一条重要途径,是我国农业实现现代化的必由之路。农业适度规模经营要针对我国的现实情况,坚持规模经营质与量的统一;要在政府引导的基础上,坚持以家庭经营为基础的统分结合的双层经营机制不动摇。

Under the conditions of market economy,appropriate scale of operation in agriculture is not only a key way to tackle such a series of deep-seated contradictions as small-scale production and big market,small scale and modernization,social and economic benefit,etc,but the only way to realize agro-modernization in China.Proceeding from China's actual conditions,the appropriate scale of operation in agriculture should be based on the unity of quality and quantity,and on the dual-level operation which combines overall and individual planning on the basis of family operation under the governmental guidance.
