资本全球扩张与当代资本主义新变化的特点及趋势

20世纪90年代以来，在新科技革命、全球化浪潮的推动下，西方发达国家的社会经济结构发生了巨大的变化。其突出特征是：资本的全球扩张使资本主义进入到一个国际金融垄断阶段；跨国公司向全球公司转型，跨国资本掌握着全球经济的“命脉”，并强行规定全世界生产的总方向，决定世界资本主义社会的经济、政治和文化的性质。资本全球化虽然为缓解旧有矛盾提供了某种契机，但资本超时空限制地对剩余价值的榨取，使得当代资本主义的各种矛盾在新的基础上日益积累和深化。

Global Capital Expansion and New Changes in the Contemporary Capitalist Characteristics and Trend

Since the 1990＇s, driven by the new technological revolution and the globalization tide, western developed countries in socioeconomic structure has undergone tremendous changes. The prominent features are：the global expansion of capital makes capitalism enter a stage of international financial monopolies;nultinational companies transform to global companies, and transnational capital masters the global economy ＂lifeline＂ , dictating the main direction of the World production, deciding the economic, political and the cultural nature of capitalist society. Capital globalization provides some opportunity for easing the old contradictions, but on the other hand, the capital super-dimensional squeezing out of the surplus value, makes the various contradictions of contemporary capitalism accumulate and deepen on new the basis.
