| 摘 要： | 广义上的非营利组织是指具有公益性、志愿性、非营利性等特征的各类社会组织。公民社会的要求、与弱势群体的密切联系、各国非营利组织所产生的巨大能量、我国非营利组织所面对的发展空间及实践活动显示了非营利组织介入城市低保工作的理论可行性与实践可行性。可以通过提供教育支持、实物支援、技能培训、项目支持等多重渠道,更好地为城市低保家庭提供救助。

| Abstract: | In the broad sense,NPO refers all kinds of social organizations with public welfare,voluntary and non-profit.Different kinds of NPOs have a close contact with vulnerable groups,and they also have great impact in many areas in terms of meeting citizens' needs.Therefore,it is practical for NPO to participate in urban minimum social security program.They can support it by educational training,substance supporting,skills training and project supporting. |
