美国本科教学改革模式对中国的启示

摘    要:借鉴美国本科教学改革的特征及其经验教训,认为:中国大学的教学改革应重视本科教育的基础作用,实施通才教育;以培养学生综合能力为目标,改革和完善课程体系;精简课程教学时间,实施师生互动的课堂教学模式和研究型的学习方式;建立高水平的教师队伍,完善教师评价体系,充分发挥教师在教学改革中的主体作用,保证教学改革的顺利实施和本科教育目标的实现。

Abstract:American universities attach great importance to undergraduate education, according to lessons learned from undergraduate teaching reform in the United States. The paper proposes that undergraduate teaching reform in Chinese university should pay more attention to the role of basic education, carry out general education, reform and improve the curriculum system to foster student's comprehensive ability, implement interactive classroom teaching models between teachers and students and research-based learning, streamline teaching time, set up a high level team of teachers and improve teacher evaluation system, give full play to the teacher of the principal role in the teaching reform, which ensuring the smooth implementation of the teaching reform and the realization undergraduate education goals.
