妇女工作中"以人为本"的理论与实践

摘    要:妇女工作要"以人为本",但"以人为本"并不是一个不言自明的话题,笼统地谈论"以人为本",或者片面化、极端化地理解"以人为本",都可能使妇女工作陷入误区,以至于男女平等基本国策不能落到实处.因此,为进一步贯彻落实男女平等基本国策,妇女工作中必须贯彻"以人为本"的理论和实践.

Abstract:The woman-related work should be"human-centered" but it does not speak for itself.A general or unilateral discussion of"human-centered"concept will mislead us and hinder the implementation of the basic state policy for the equality between man and woman.Thus,only a thorough understanding of its nature in theory and in practice can help improve the woman-related work.
