| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术、网络技术的发展 ,软件和信息服务业将成为世界第一大产业。面临世界软件业快速发展的强大压力 ,如何促进中国软件业的创新 ,已成为国家创新的关键课题。论文将软件业这一快速发展且极具潜力的行业作为研究对象 ,在传统服务创新的理论基础上 ,根据美国和西欧各国学者对服务业的理论研究成果 ,结合对国际著名软件公司服务创新举措的考察 ,提出了软件业服务创新系统

| Abstract: | With the development of information and internet technology, software and information service industry will become the largest industry in the world. Facing the great pressure of the rapid development of software industry in the developed countries, it has become the key issue for China as to how to accelerate innovation of Chinese software industry. This paper, based on the theory of the innovation of traditional service, and the results of service theory by American and Western scholars, combined with the research on the service innovation cases of famous international software enterprises, studies the software industry-a promising and potential industry, and presents the innovation system of software service industry as well. |
