| 摘 要： | 当代基因技术的快速发展对人类社会带来了巨大的冲击，建构适应基因技术发展的基因伦理已迫在眉睫。成熟、理性、健全的基因伦理的建构应遵循主体性、科学精神与人文精神融通以及系统整体这样几条根本原则，并要明确其范围界限，恪守道德底线，以实现基因技术与基因伦理的良性互动。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of modem genetic technology has given a heavy strike to our society. The modeling of gene ethic adapted to the development of gene technology is presented before us. The mature.logos and ambit modeling must follow several fundamental principles and be clearly defined as to its range and basic standard of its ethic, so as to get a good interaction. |
