| Abstract: | Under the exterior economy being brought into the price item, the green rent charge was occupied by landowner, Which is the reflection of negative exterior economy, and shonld be deducted from the current GDP. Its corresponding value should be used for the productivity of nature instauration or compensating the sufferer. |
