摘    要:本试验采用均匀设计U_(to)(10~7)研究影响绿色木霉生产纤维素酶的五大因素(培养温度、加水倍数、底物粗纤维水平、初始pH值、培养时间),试图找出培养条件最佳组合,取得高酶产量和酶活力。结果表明:当底物粗纤维水平为50%,初始pH值为8.0。加水3.5倍,在27℃条件下培养55h,可取得最大酶产量28.09mg/g和CMC酶活力27.16mg/g.h,棉花酶活力33.26mg/g.24h。

Abstract:Temperature, moisture, pH Value, Crude fibre level in substrates , and cultuer tine were studied in a U10 (10 ) and designed to investigate the optimum combination of the five factors above with which Trichoderma viride made cellulase yield and actyivty could be maximum. The results showed that cellulase yield and activity were better moisturized fourfold and cultued for 55 hours, at temperature 27 when crude fibre level in substrates or inital pH value was 50 perent ,8.0, respectively. The yield of cel-lase was 28.09mg/g, the CMCase was 27.16mg/g.h, the activity of cotton was 33.26mg/g.24h.
