| Abstract: | in Qin-Han dynasties the land exploitation was closely related to theflood of Yellow River. Loess Plateau caused frequent floods of Yellow River as an agricultural area while as an animal farm, Yellow River would be controlled. The paper introduced the process of flood control and pointed out the realistic significance of this research. |
