| 摘 要： | 作为西部欠发达省份的贵州,如何实现党的十六大提出的未来二十年全面建设小康社会的历史任务,以及随着国家"第十一个五年规划"研究的开始,如何制定贵州省农业经济的五年规划,是当前我们所面临的两大问题.从贵州省情出发,总结"十五"期间取得的成绩及存在问题,就"十一五"期间贵州农业经济的发展思路进行探讨.

| Abstract: | As an underdeveloped province in Western China,Guizhou is now faced with two big issues: how to accomplish the historical task of building a well - off society in an all - round way in the following 20 years and how to figure out the new five-year plan of Guizhou provincial agricultural economy. This article concludes the achievements and existing problems and probes into the thoughts of developing Guizhou's agricultural economy during the period of "the Eleventh-Five-Year Plan". |
