| 摘 要： | 选取贵阳市软科学研究项目《贵阳市循环经济型城市污水资源化—能源化应用研究》科研工作为个案,阐述工作依据、课题来源、工作启动、工作组织及管理、工作协作及深入开展、工作特点、项目成果的社会影响、特色及同行评价,并探讨产学研政企密切合作,加快构筑211大学特色办学新模式的方法和途径。

| Abstract: | This paper, taking Guiyang soft sciences research project "Applied Research of Guiyang Circular Economy-typed City Sewage Resource Recovery and Energy Recovery" scientific research work as case, Elaborated the work basis, the topic source, the work start, the work organization and management, the work cooperation and development, the work characteristics; the society thorough effect, the characteristics and the colleague appraise of project achievement. Then it discussed has production-learning-Research-Government-business close cooperation, and speeding up the construction of 211 university characteristics to run a school with the new model, method and the way. |
