| 摘 要： | 对中西人际关系模式及其对管理的影响进行了深入的比较研究 ,指出了中国的人际关系模式为伦理型的人际关系 ,西方的人际关系模式为契约型的人际关系 ,它们对管理组织和管理活动导致了不同的影响。进一步提出了要进行有效的管理所应确立的正确的人际关系模式 ,对中国当代管理具有重要的现实指导意义

| Abstract: | The Western and Chinese modalities of interpersonal relationship and their influences on management are compared and studied to give a significant and realistic direction for modern management in China. Chinese modality is ethical but the Western modality is contractual, and their influences on the management organizations and activities are different. Therefore, the proper modality is proposed to realize efficient management. |
