| Abstract: | The problem of legislative power possessed by cities at SEZ levels and other major cities in present day China is a brand new area in law sciences worthy of investigation.This paper,by making use of the comparative method,conducts an analysis of the legislative pattern to be followed by Shantou City and presents some concepts on Shantou's legislation. |
