| 摘 要： | 维护当事人的合法权益是律师的主要义务,真实义务是次要义务.律师的真实义务具有片面性、消极性、权利的属性,追求法律真实性四个等特点.辩护律师真实义务的履行表现在如何对待有罪的被告人、如何对待虚假证据和如何对待职业秘密三个方面.

| Abstract: | The identity of lawyers as independent jurists decides their faithful obligation.The primary duty of lawyers is to defend for the legal rights of their clients and their secondary duty is to be faithful to the court.The faithful obligation has four characteristics: one-sidedness,negativity,property of rights and pursuit of legal truth.The obligation is fulfilled in defense lawyers' treatment of guilty defendants,fake evidence,and professional secrets. |
