| Abstract: | The author, on analyzing the reasons of the blunted rights awareness in the traditional Chinese society, seeks ways and modes to promote the cultivation of rights awareness for the present age for the purpose of facilitating China towards the era of rights and accelerating our course of constructing a country ruled by law. The cultivation of rights awareness needs to develop the market oriented economy. Meanwhile, governments should relax their control and reform the traditional ideology on the other hand. |
