摘    要:中国电信业的重组和3G时代的到来,给中国电信带来前所未有的机遇和挑战,中国电信如何充分发挥人力资源的比较优势,是提高中国电信核心竞争力的关键。在分析中国电信人力资源管理存在问题的基础上,提出相应的改进对策,致力于提高中国电信的核心竞争力。
