| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛总书记针对我国改革发展的阶段性特点,对公平正义进行了卓有成效的探索,提出了一系列精辟论述,其公平正义思想非常丰富,民本、和谐、共富、共建和制度是它蕴含的关键范畴.其中,以民为本是核心要义,和谐稳定是目标取向,共同富裕是内在要求,共享共建是基本原则,制度建设是根本保证.
