| 摘 要： | 供体器官不足是目前困扰中国器官移植的一个瓶颈。但不加限定的供体少于受体是个伪命题。对我国而言,要变潜在的供体为现实的供体,使器官移植走出困境,需要重视文化、情感以及法律这三个方面的因素。

| Abstract: | The deficiency of donors is a bottleneck which besets China’s organ transplantation.But it is a pseudo-proposition to say that donors are less than receptors without limitations.In order to make the potential donors into actual ones so as to step out of the dilemma of organ transplantation,China should pay more attention to cultural and affective as well as legal factors. |
