略论中央苏区反腐败斗争中的群众团体

突击队、轻骑队、工农通讯员组织和同志审判会等群众团体,是中央苏区党领导群众运动开展反腐败斗争的中坚力量。中国共产党和临时中央政府,不仅动员、组织中央苏区的各群众团体充分发挥了检举控告、调查取证等震慑和遏制腐败的强大威力,而且高度重视对群众团体反腐败活动的规范与管理,制定颁布了一系列确定群众团体反腐败斗争的目标任务、活动范围、工作程序、工作纪律、职责权限、依法治腐等缜密细致的规章制度,为中央苏区的反腐败斗争始终坚持正确的方向、健康有序地进行提供了有力保障。

Mass Organizations of Fighting against Corruption in the Central Chinese Soviet Area

Such mass organizations as Commando,Qingqi Team,Worker-peasant Correspondent Organization and Comrade Trail Association are the backbone in mass movements against corruption led by the Central Soviet Area’s Party.The CPC and Provisional Government not only had mobilized and organized each mass group of the Central Soviet Area to make full use of the great power of deterring and controlling corruption such as accusation,investigating and collecting evidence and so on,but also had paid high attention to the specification and management of mass organizations’ fighting against corruption,even had drafted and issued a series of deliberate rules and regulations of mass groups movement against corruption,as for ascertaining the goal,task,range,working procedure,working discipline,extent of power,corruption by law,which had effectively prevented mass movement from chaos and blindness,provided the important safeguard for carrying out anti-corruption in the Central Soviet Area continuously in the right direction,healthily and orderly.
