| 摘 要： | 住宅郊区化是城市化进程的必然趋势。郊区住宅以其环境、价格、配套及服务优势影响百姓的生活和城市房地产格局。文章分析总结了广州市住宅郊区化的发展进程 ,并提出了住宅郊区化发展应加强规划控制力度、沿交通线组团开发、保护生态系统、关注新技术对居住观念的影响等观点。
