当前企业绩效管理工作中存在的问题与对策

摘    要:随着我国市场经济体制的日趋完善和加入WTO,我国企业面临的压力越来越大,靠抓住市场空档来获取巨额利润和快速成长的方法在今天已经很难行得通。因此,我国企业要自下而上地发展,就得从自身效益抓起,注重绩效管理。文章就我国企业在绩效管理方面存在的问题进行了阐述,同时提出了我国企业实施绩效管理的具体措施。

Abstract:With the improvement of China's market economic system and the entrance of WTO,the competition and pressure faced by Chinese enterprises becomes fiercer.It is difficult for enterprises to make huge profits and rapid development by filling the market gap,so we should pay attention to performance management and promote efficiency.This essay discusses the prevailing problems and suggests some countermeasures to strengthen performance management.
