公益类青年自组织现状调查及对策研究

随着改革开放的深入和社会转型的加快,青年自组织在我国大量涌现.其中的公益类青年自组织更是凭借自身的优势和特点,在实现公民参与、反映青年诉求、融洽社会关系、提供公益服务等方面发挥着重要作用,对构建和谐社会和实现青年价值有积极的意义.为此,通过调查研究,分析了公益类青年自组织的产生原因、发展现状、运行特点以及当前面临的主要制约因素等问题,并提出了相应的对策建议.

The Present Conditions and Countermeasures of Public Beneficence Youth Self-organization

With deepening of reform and opening up and speeding up of social transformation, a large number of youth self-organizations were emerging. As a type of social organization, public good youth self-organization has its own advantages and characteristics. It plays an active role in many respects, such as achieving citizen participation, reflecting the youth aspirations, harmonizing social relations, providing social services, and so on, which is of significance for constructing harmonious society and realizing the value of youth. Hence, through the survey and study, this paper analyzes causes, development status, characteristics and constraints of public good youth self organization, and then it proposes some countermeasures and suggestions.
